Where are my pictures?
When you click the "View Your Proofs" link, you'll see a directory of proof galleries. These galleries are sorted in alphabetical order by last name. Find your gallery, then click on the name or the thumbnail preview. You may be asked for the access code. If you don't remember your access code, just click the "request access to this gallery" link and we'll send it to you.

What is "My Pictures"?
If you have registered your account with us, the "My Pictures" section will display all of the galleries that you have access to.

Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them from your cart.

I can't seem to log in.
Log in information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly. If you have forgotten your password, click here.

Does it cost anything to register for an account?
No.
