April and Trish have been shooting together since 2005. What began as a hobby quickly turned into a full-time job as word spread about their studio. With small children keeping them busy as moms, their paths gradually took them separate ways. While both continued to pursue photography, they each had other things occupying their time.

In the meantime, Ron was building his rapidly-growing beach photography business, sometimes having to turn people away because of his full schedule. When April met Ron, she began shooting for him on the beach and very quickly she was booked every night as well.

After two summers of working with Ron, April pitched the So Life concept to him. Once he caught her vision, the two of them asked Trish to join them in their endeavor and she jumped on board!

The three of them have the perfect combination of strengths to balance each other out. Ron has the detailed business mind that keeps everything running smoothly and generates growth. April’s creative vision is unbelievable. She is always talking about losing sleep because of the images in her head that she wants to capture on camera. Trish is the social butterfly that likes to make sure everyone is happy. Her degree in advertising and marketing gives her the perfect advantage while utilizing her photography and design skills.
